Once the account balances have been posted as FINAL for the season, you may begin making trades with and amongst yourselves.  REMEMBER, though, that the commissioner needs to approve and finalize all trades and your accounts need to be paid in full for next season, before they can be considered "official."   Keep in mind, too, that you may use your draft position for next year as part of deals you make with others.  NOBODY will draft more than 10 times next year, so if you can a pick, you MUST give one away as well!
